How to complain
Email complaints@lightmorphic.com with a short description of the problem. There's no formal form to fill in - a plain email is fine.
What happens next
Complaints are read and acknowledged within a few working days, and answered properly - not just closed - within two weeks wherever possible. If something needs longer to sort out properly, you'll be told why and given a realistic timeframe.
